I would just like to comment about how excellent your service is. I called Fran Sullivan from your HoHoKus pharmacy to fill a prescription that I had been previously getting thru mail order with my insurance company. This past month, they changed their policy rules, and now allow members to get 3 month refills thru the pharmacy directly rather than thru the mail. I initially called the pharmacy from my town that I have dealt with for quite some time, and they told me to call the doctor, get a prescription #, etc ?...?? more or less, they were too busy to get the necessary information to fill the prescription. Well, I called Fran,and within 39 seconds, I gave him the 2 prescriptions I need refilled, the doctors name and phone #, and that was it! Thank you very much to say the least. You have just gained a new customer.

LOVE T&F Drugs! They accommodate everyone and are always helpful with all my needs each month! They go out of their way and know the customers personally. It's so nice to be with a Pharmacy that cares! And they hands down have the best selection of little goodies, handbags, jewelry, etc!

Sicomac is the best place for one stop shopping. I pick up my RX's from the friendly knowledgeable pharmacy staff and then I do some shopping. I love their line of Big Budda Bags and Village Candles. I can always pick up a great gift from their large jewelry selection. Everyone there is super helpful. Great local convenience for your medical and gift giving needs. I just love this place!

Too often I feel that in general, people complain when service is lacking, but don’t compliment when service is excellent. It is my belief that when an employee is outstanding they should be recognized.

All of the employees at De Blieck’s Pharmacy are great, but your pharmacist, Matt, is exceptional. He is professional, kind, patient and goes beyond the call of duty. He has helped me with appeals, printed receipts time and time again when I know how busy he was, and never made me feel rushed or like doing all of these extras for me was a burden. Because of Matt’s help, my appeal went through, and I am being reimbursed the money that I put out.

When I have been waiting for a prescription, I have also seen how Matt interacts with other customers. I have seen how busy it is and while he is on the phone, filling prescriptions, he is always patiently helping people pick the appropriate over the counter drug, all with an amicable demeanor.

Lastly, I usually spend most of the summer down the shore and I have to use CVS while I’m there. There really is no comparison to the service and competency. I have been shorted pills along with other issues. I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with De Blieck’s and Matt in particular.
